Tbh, rooms were basic.

It has a nice size and fairly quiet room in back bedroom, good job. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect close to supermarkets, comfy to walk around the area. Professional staff knows how to make your stay just perfect.

We spent 4 nights in there and would stay here again. The area was safe, appreciated its central location. Plus a market and shops where within waking distance.

A comfortable base for sightseeing in Boston. Fantastic setting near of the underground. Plus short walk to the Copley Square, and metro stations. Excellent management and staff. Clean and fairly quiet room, complete with back bedroom, great furniture, the shower. Dryers, guest toiletries and bath sheets available.

We stayed for 4 night and liked our stay. Hosts were very very helpful, even gave us room in back bedroom. The accommodation included an electronic key card, a work desk and cable programming. It was protected with smoke detectors. The setting was good and fantastic.

I recently stayed at Global Luxury Suites Downtown and had a fantastic experience. The studio was impeccably clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the generous welcome kit provided. The location was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room had actual cable channels and subscription services like Netflix and HULU. The mini washer/dryer was unexpected but much appreciated, and I loved that they allowed dogs. The shower was strong, and the adjustable air conditioning and heat made for a comfortable stay. The care package provided everything I needed, from laundry detergent to coffee. the cleanliness, amenities, and location made for a great stay at Global Luxury Suites Downtown.

Our overall experience at Global Luxury Suites Downtown was fantastic! Although there was no parking on premises, we were able to work with the neighboring establishment, which was very accommodating. Once settled, we found a grocery store nearby for convenience. the central location made it easy for us to walk to various places. the condo-like layout was perfect, providing a quiet atmosphere at night and excellent wifi and TV reception. the staff was incredibly helpful, making us feel at home rather than at a hotel. We even appreciated the care package with toiletries and basic necessities. We will definitely be returning!

The place is right by Boston as well as the china town. Not to mention that it is located in the center.

Nice to have a seating area, ironing facilities and a writing table available. Strategic setting near Chinatown. Lots of places to eat nearby, including Hot Eastern.

We've stayed there for 4 nights, everything was amazing, don't miss it. We liked the venue and its magnificent setting. The staff was affable and very helpful. Included dryers, guest toiletries, and bath sheets, all very handy.

The room size was really nice and spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay. the contemporary finishing and fixtures gave a modern feel to the apartment. The location was great, within walking distance of most attractions. Being able to explore the city on foot made it convenient and saved on transportation costs. One more advantage was the cleanliness of the apartment.

The customer service. There were instances where they didn't follow through with requests, like bringing an extra blanket to the room or fixing a leaking washing machine promptly.

This place was new. Staff was welcoming and kind, helped us a lot. Bed was very comfy and there were central heating, an iron and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. It had an unbeatable and peaceful setting not far from the Bay Area, Boston and Theatre District...
